TutorPulse is developed by eediecreate. It is designed to help private tutors organise students, lessons, bookings, papers, payment records, progress information and parent-ready updates.
TutorPulse is intended to be operated by tutors. Students and parents do not require TutorPulse accounts and are not intended to use the app directly.
Depending on how you use TutorPulse, information stored on your device may include:
TutorPulse does not collect payment-card details, bank-account details or process payments between tutors and students.
Tutoring records are stored locally on your device by default using the app's local database.
TutorPulse does not require you to create a TutorPulse account and does not provide automatic TutorPulse cloud synchronization for tutoring records.
TutorPulse does not use Firebase, Supabase or an online AI service to store or process your tutoring records.
Information may leave your device when you deliberately use a feature that shares, exports or copies information outside TutorPulse. Examples include:
When you choose another application or service through your device's share or save interface, that third party may store or process the information according to its own privacy practices.
TutorPulse can create a backup containing your local tutoring records and settings. Creating a backup does not automatically upload it to a TutorPulse server.
You choose where the backup is saved or shared using your device's available applications and services.
TutorPulse backup files are not encrypted. You should store and share them only through services and locations you trust.
Calendar access is optional.
If you grant calendar permission and choose to use calendar features, TutorPulse can read available writable calendars and create, update or delete calendar copies associated with TutorPulse bookings or lessons.
Calendar information stored through your device calendar may subsequently synchronize with services such as Google Calendar or iCloud depending on your device and account settings.
TutorPulse does not provide its own automatic or bidirectional calendar cloud synchronization service.
TutorPulse may create technical diagnostic events locally when certain errors occur.
The diagnostic report available for sharing contains limited technical information such as:
The shareable diagnostic report is designed not to include tutoring records or information entered by you, such as student names, lesson notes, scores, payment records, topics or backup contents.
Diagnostic information is not automatically sent to eediecreate. It is shared only when you choose to use the Share diagnostic log feature.
TutorPulse Pro is offered as an annual auto-renewing subscription. Purchases, subscription status and payment processing are handled by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
TutorPulse does not receive or store your full payment-card or banking details.
The app may communicate with the relevant app store to check whether your TutorPulse Pro subscription is currently active.
TutorPulse does not currently contain advertising.
TutorPulse does not currently include third-party advertising, behavioural analytics or crash-reporting SDKs for tutoring records.
Your local TutorPulse records remain on your device until you modify or delete them, reset TutorPulse data, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app in a way that removes local application data.
You can delete individual records and students through TutorPulse where the relevant feature is available.
Backup files or information that you previously shared with another application or service are controlled by that destination after the transfer. Deleting data inside TutorPulse does not automatically delete copies stored elsewhere.
TutorPulse is intended as a tool for tutors rather than an app for children to operate directly.
Tutors are responsible for ensuring that any student information they enter, store or share through TutorPulse is handled lawfully and with any permissions or consent required in their jurisdiction.
We recommend entering only the information reasonably necessary for your tutoring work.
TutorPulse is designed to keep tutoring records on the device by default and to avoid unnecessary transmission of those records. However, no device, application or storage method can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for choosing trusted destinations when sharing or backing up information.
TutorPulse may interact with services provided by your device or app store when you choose or use relevant features, including:
